CutCue starts with a familiar problem: a last-minute cancellation leaves a barber with an empty chair, while someone nearby is asking if anyone can fit them in today.
We’re piloting a shared neighbourhood list with three independent shops in one busy suburb. Barbers text us their available time, service and usual price. We manually list the slot and alert customers who opted in.
The test is simple: can we fill genuinely empty slots with customers who show up and pay? A shop pays NZ$29 only in months when at least two bookings meet that standard. No qualifying results, no monthly fee.
